Tucked inside an old red-brick bakehouse on Swan Lane, Noble Rot has been named 'Best Wine Experience in New Zealand' by Cuisine Magazine multiple times — and it shows. Almost 1,000 wines on the list, nearly 100 by the glass, and bespoke two-tier wine bottle chandeliers overhead. Exquisite seasonal sharing plates match the drops perfectly. Open since 2016, and still the wine bar every other wine bar in Wellington measures itself against.
